Very small WHSmiths so if you are looking for something specific look online and order for collection maybe so you aren't disappointed when you get there. There is a post office here which is super helpful in the middle of town if not sometimes a little busy. Their book selection is vast and does not seem to be lacking. They should think about changing the lighting as it's the stuff that gives you headaches and want to rush out. If the lighting was a little warmer then people may want to stay to look more and spend more. Maybe organise a children's story time and clear some space to create an atmosphere as right now it is very lacking. I appreciate the ceiling height makes it feel more enclosed and there isn't anything you can do about it
It has the best books ever! You can get all the books you want and they order too if your book isn't there. They have the best supply of pens, pencils and pencil cases and stationary. And the best for magazines.
WHSmith Billericay is a very small store, but you will find most products you need and there are regular promotions which are great for snacks or gift ideas. The staff are really nice and greet you on arrival.
Very messy, boxes of books and stuff all over the floor. No apparent organisation of the books on the shelves. I hope I don't have to go in again anytime soon.
Mainly buy on line and have the books delivered to the shop. Assistants are helpful.
This place is a disaster and I tried to buy a gift card but they couldn't accept it. The manager came out and did nothing. Do not go here
Has most of the school stuff readily available.
This store is MAD bruv, I rate it with the liquid that brought me into this world.
