New glasses needed at last, two for one offer worked out fine as one pair is normal ultra thin varifocal with reactolight lens, problem is reactolight doesn't work inside a car windscreen so second pair is same prescription lens but done as a sunglasses tint, success.
I lost my glasses in Spain and was not returning for a week, I telephoned, Billericay branch and asked them to recreate my prescription, within 2 days they phoned to say my glasses were ready. Very efficient and I collected them today. Thank you to all who helped me. Thoroughly recommend

In these very challenging times of Covid, the cleaning and attention in looking after us the customers, really was 5 Star plus 1, many thanks Specsavers Billericay, you truly have left me feeling on cloud Nine. *** November 2022 - Latest Update - Still Amazing Service... I am honestly lost for words how good this Billericay branch of Specsavers is, Arun the senior optician is so very thorough, Julie a long serving team member has in-depth experience and a comprehensive knowledge of all the glasses that are on offer, added to her exceptional customer service skills and Phil who again has been at Specsavers for years, has a warm and mellow personality, that makes us the customers feel relaxed and assured that the glasses they get, are going to be totally right for them and the fitting will be perfect too. If you live in Billericay, or close by, or even miles away, do give this branch a call or pop in, I am sure they will be delighted to see you.

Service excellent. Frames not very exciting could do with a few brigjl and colourful frames.
I came into the store at 9am with a pair of broken glasses, beyond repair. I had the delight of speaking to Neelan who managed to source me a pair of new lenses and frames in just over an hour. Very pleased is an understatement and couldn’t rate Specsavers in Billericay and his services any higher. Thank you for your help today!
Having had issues trying to get contact lenses for my daughter at a local independent opticians who suggested the ones he prescribed were right even though her sight was blurry in one eye, we tried Specsavers who actually listened and sorted the correct prescription out first time. Fantastic service. The whole family will now move to Specsavers.
