Took my daughter to get her first pair of shoes! The customer service was excellent tried on a few pairs before we finally made a decision! As it was her first pair they took a picture and put the shoes in a lovely presentation box

Great little ship, wide variety of shoes and other items. I used to get my school shoes from here when I was a kid over 10 years ago! Now getting my adult shoes from here too if I find a good sale. Lovely staff as far as I've experienced, nice and chatty and helpful. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service and helpful staff. I have bought most of my daughter's school shoes from here and the staff have always been really patient and are great with kids. Recently I also discovered that there is a much larger collection of shoes online, so ordered some wellies which got delivered to the store (on the end of my street!) for free. They also do free delivery for most of the UK I think.
