Unfortunately they didn't have the particular shoe I'd seen online in stock but they were extremely helpful, polite and friendly, giving you space and time to browse but offering help as soon as they see you are beginning to settle on a pair. Lovely people and good shoes

Strange customer service. Went in to buy a new pair of shoes for my daughter and for some advice on what to do with my daughter's pair of Clarks shoes bought from another Clarks shop some weeks ago and distance away which had fallen apart in the first week of being worn! Assistant said that "Clark's children's shoes are not built to last" but after some persistent enquiring finally gave me an address to write off to. Needless to say I did not buy my daughter Clark's shoes. Poor quality and poor service. A life long ambassador of Clark's lost in 5 minutes. "Not built to last" - the mind boggles!

Fantastic service and friendly staff. Well made shoe's and boots beautiful leather products. Sell gortex shoes and boots waterproof.

Good shoes some staff not the best at dealing with toddlers but all in all good experience
