Were still in the shop.. half an hour later, finally our size trainers arrive. Only one helpful member of staff, all staff seem too pre-occupied with their walkie talkies etc. Come on guys, customer service!

Waited 20 mins for service, when I got it I found out they had nothing there at all to measure feet, even though they're a shoe shop. Also way too much self advertisement at the paying area.

I will never shop at Sports Direct again! I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this store. The staff mislead me before I made a purchase and did not offer resolution afterwards. Deputy manager was unhelpful, unfriendly and not concerned about the issue caused by the member of her staff.

Could not deliver my treadmill due to a fire at the couriers main delivery hub, obviously that is beyond their control, however despite two phone conversations and three emails asking for my refund, the two phone conversations both said they would get back to me, neither willing to confirm they would refund me and my three emails have been ignored. I have had to go through my bank to get them to recall my funds, my bank tell me they are investigating and will contact sports direct for a response, Sports Direct do not care about their customers, they don't deserve 1 star, now give me my money back you ****.
