I'm fussy about my shoes and these guys know their stuff. Excellent workmanship, quality finish with a smile, all at fair prices. I never feel like I'm been sold something, rather they help me sort out all sorts of repairs and without any bother. Always reliable and when they say something will be done, it is. We're really lucky to have this excellent business in Leamington Spa.

Great customer service, much better than others in town and they repair to a high quality at a reasonable price. Had boots and shoes re-soled and re-heeled and have always been happy with the results. Even asked them for advice on whether a new trainer sole that had come apart could be fixed and they gave it a go and didn’t even charge! That’s what great customer service is all about, and there’s not enough of it around these days! Thank you…
