Really bad customer service. I placed an order at a store since they did not have my size. I was informed at the time, there were 4 pairs in stock available in England of my size. I was also informed I would receive it in 4 days. It’s now been 2wks and still no boots. Called customer services 2 tines and they said it’s on it’s way, that I should receive it by now. As always it’s not arrived. Called them back and now they say they don’t know when it will arrive. So if you can buy shoes form a store then do; but do not ever deal with their online store or customer services.
