Dreadful service, only two staff, not interested in you as a customer. Had to ask for service. When I commented that it taken too long to be served assistant just gave a sarcastic smile with no attempt at apology. Shame products looked good.

Nice range of shoes for both ladies and men--good prices--worth a visit
It took couple of visits to the shop and more than 3 weeks to get the shoes which was ordered in the shop and was suppose to be collected from the shop.
Unreliable and useless just like Jones the bootmaker before them. Or are they still Jones under another name? Dubious sale prices and offers. Dont hold your breath waiting for your order to come in. It probably wont.
High quality shoes and boots situated on the Parade at Leamington Spa. Impressed with the quality and styles. I shall be going back to order soon.
When I got home and opened the box, 2 right shoes and 1 X size 5 and 1 X size 4.5!!!! Couldn't have been much worse!
James was really helpful going above and beyond to help me find a pair of shoes that were out of stock.
Awful customer service. Shall not be going back.
