Had individual eyelashes done at Kaycie Kyle and paid the extortionate price of £44, but thought at that price they must be top quality. To my disappointment they are quite the opposite.. 4 eyelash extensions fell out attached to one single eyelash! They are uncomfortable and I can see more clumps where my natural eyelashes are just going to be pulled out by the numerous individual lashes stuck to them. The service was was not great either, the girls seemed like they did not want to be there. During my 40 minute rushed eyelash appointment I was not once told what the technician was doing, at one point I was left in the room for 7+ minutes with my eyes closed in silence... not a clue what was going on. Sorry guys but feels like now you have a good reputation you are not bothered to maintain it with good service to returning customers.

Best place in the world. I couldn't recommend enough! I have a number of treatments here and wouldn't go anywhere else. Every member of staff are highly trained so it doesn't matter who you are booked in with I recommend every single person there. My one stop place for EVERYTHING! x

A very friendly, well run beauty salon- staff are nice and the treatment i receive is always done well and in a timely manner. Looks so good i almost wanna get my nails done when i visit too lol.
