So glad to have made a point to dine here during my weekend getaway to Dublin. Pre-Covid The staff was super friendly, ambiance was classy and cozy, food was delicious. If we are ever able to travel abroad again I’d definitely love to come back to this spot!
The absolute best dining experience we've ever had, anywhere. Every single item was perfection. We just didn't want it to end. We almost forgot there was a pandemic going on and just escaped for the moment with the pleasant vibe. Would highly recommend for a special occasion!
Fantastic food, so creative it's almost a shame to eat it, staff were lovely. Quite pricey but the ingredients and presentation are top notch, so you get what you pay for.

Absolutely stellar service, attentive but in no way pushy. I am a pescatarian and was blown away with the fish dishes. Staff were beyond helpful, Cannot recommend this place enough.
Our first time to eat in Chapter One, and we will definitely go back! We had the premium pre theatre menu, all four courses were exquisite, beautifully presented and served by very efficient servers. The serving of the different courses was nicely timed, not rushed. We would highly recommend the restaurant.
Staff was wonderful and very polite. Food was good. We found out they have a 2020 Michelin start which was a nice surprise. I loved their mashed potato, it was amazing! I would highly recommend it
