My husband has this day returned home from ward C6, which is a Rehabilitation Ward for people who have suffered a stroke. I must say his care has been second to none. The nurses work so hard and nothing was too much trouble for them. The Occupational Therapists are professional and we're extremely very helpful. The patience of the Physiotherapists and the work they have put in has been exceptional. Thank you for going the extra mile for myself too, providing wheelchair assistance to enable me to visit my husband.
Went to Chapel Allerton Hospital Dermatology today after many previous visits. My favourite hospital, wish all of them were like CA. Friendly, helpful staff put you at your ease immediately and the treatment is second to none.
I went for an X-ray and the nurse Louise was so professional to all the patients waiting she was kind and helpful to everyone waiting what an asset to the NHS this lady is. She approached everyone with a friendly kind manner. Visit x Ray early for the smallest queue. Parking is £3 for 2 hours
I first saw rheumatology in June 2022, and was told I’d have a follow up in 2 months to potentially start a treatment. I finally got my ‘follow up’ appointment in July 2024, and after waiting 2 YEARS the whole time struggling with the same debilitating symptoms I was sent away with still no answers. I know waiting times are long, but 2 years is ridiculous and I’m in the same position I was in 6 years ago when this all started.
Rude nurse and was extremely rude when taking my blood test.She was fiddling around with the needle inside my arm and when i said it hurt took no accountability and was told ‘ you saw the needle that’s why you’re in pain’. So unprofessional
Attended this hospital for steriod injection in my knees I have never before had the opportunity to go to this hospital ...Amazing staff amazing doctors they truly show they care and everyone get 1st class care took my breath away understanding staff doctors and respect im am so bless to be in safe hands thank you
Can somebody please put up a sign for Orthopedic department? I had to ask my way through, not nice to be limping your way around... Other patients also kept complaining, eg Rheumatology dept.
The Dermatology Department is one of the best in the country. The hospital needs better parking. Especially for Disabled places!
Great location, fantastic staff but with cheeky parking charges. I get that something needs to control parking as it's a city centre route, but how about a 75% discount on production of your appointment!
Fantastic patient care. I was very nervous going and everyone from the receptionist to the nurses to the consultant to the photographer were lovely and kind to a person. I am very grateful for the treatment and support I received at this hospital.
