I had a hip replacement on July 15th. I am grateful to my surgeon, anesthesiologist, and all the staff. I look forward to having the other side replaced in three months. Thank you to Nuffield Health hospital.
Just had my ACL done, really good help and felt really comfortable all day. Very clean and great facilities. Owen Wall was great and got i looked after by my health care worker Allyn Austria. Would definitely come back.
Had my knee op on Tuesday with Owen Wall, and the hospital experience was great. Alice and Allyn were both very welcoming, positive and reassuring. Hopefully my recovery goes as well as my 'day patient' experience! Thank you
Staff really friendly and helpful,like being in a5 star hotel. Allyn Austin my health care assistant very helpful. The whole experience at Nuffield Leeds very positive,from anestatist to back to my private room. The meal was superb like fine dining.
The customer service is the best quality I have ever experienced in medical care. Receptionist greeted me with the smile and was very friendly and offered a free coffee. The facilities team leader immediately reacted to my request and was extremely helpful and friendly. Doctor was very polite and explained clearly what I need to do. I am 101% satisfied after my visit.
The staff have been excellent. I cannot thank them enough. From the anesthetist, to the op room nurse, to the health care assistants big thanks to Allyn. Of course special thanks to the surgeon Neil Hunt. You have done your work impeccably, it is now time for me to do mine. Bring on the physio's and let get this show on road. Thanks again one and all.
Staff extremely caring and friendly. Every aspect of my stay has been explained in detail so that I am fully informed. Obvs checked each half hour after surgery. Felt very well cared for.

An unbelievably exceptional experience. Was looked after and Handled by all the amazing members of staff. Talked through every stage of the process reassuringly while also being a recipient of a top class bedside manner. Everything ran smoothly and with empathetic responses to my condition.
