Got an appointment really quick and Jenny was fantastic, was able to identify the cause of my problems straight away and the treatment plan is already making a massive difference. Couldn't be happier and will definitely be coming back! Update - been back for their sports massage with Jordan and he was brilliant - will absolutely be going on a regular basis and would highly recommend
Went here for an ultrasound scan. The technician was rude, abrupt and bullying, and clearly thought she was doing everyone an enormous favour just by seeing us. There's no receptionist; no means of letting anyone know you've arrived; no way of finding out why you're still waiting long after your appointment time - and take Kevlar to protect you from the haranguing you get if you have the temerity to ask. Never going back.
Fantastic place, very polite and professional. I am too busy to go back at moment, I highly recommend Jordan for massage. My sleeping has improved and I feel much better.
Jon straight away pin pointed the issue and started to rectify the issue, no nonse, no wasting time, he is a gem. Ive been to other physio in the past and they waste your time and money. Jon is the complete opposite, knows his stuff and tries his best to resolve the issue. Thank you
I spoke by email before visit at appt not able to deliver what needed. Things i discussed not listed to and not able to see the pectorial damage causing shoulder drop inpigment, arm, ribs, sternum in to back neck trouble.
Shalini was very professional in the job and gave lots of good advice and encouragement..My lower back Was so painful now after 2 sessions i am painfree..highly recomend Her.
Never replies to emails, when you call to request a call back your promised they will but they don't. You have to keep phoning and complaining before they do anything. My physio is in Italy and discharged me in the middle of my phased return to work even thouh on the same day we spoke about my back injury being worse than before, I've never seen him ever because when he's not in Italy, he's in Leeds, a few hundred miles away from me so I'm not sure how that works. When we last spoke he urged me to go through my GP for physio because he didn't want to send another report to my employer, how he decides that without seeing or speaking to me is a mystery. Steer clear and don't waste your time. Poor service and even worse physios.
Just to say thank you, really. When I walked into the building on Monday, I wasn't well at all. I strained my back somehow and was in pain for good few days by then. After 30 min with Jon and an array of awkward and painful maneuvers, I was already miles better. Now that I'm back home from a massage with Vikki, I feel soo much better again. Just wanted to say officially that you are guys doing such an amazing job! Thank you very much. I didn't need my painkillers yesterday, and I will continue with the stretches as advised. We all have a tendency to wait and hope it'll pass, but I'm soo glad I didn't wait any longer
Miguel was absolutely fantastic. I have been going to physios all my life due to a recurring hip condition and I have never felt so confident in his ability to help with my condition. Very knowledgable and astute physiotherapist. The practice is amazingly kept and friendly front desk staff.
