Absolutely lovely! This site is a gem. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here. Last minute booking so didn't know what to expect after reading bad reviews about wardens. We shouldn't have worried. Wardens were really friendly as were all the other staff. Can't get much closer to the long beach....be careful towards the sea edge as it becomes very mud like and black. We enjoyed every minute. Took our 2 grandkids aged 11 and 6 and they didn't want to come home. Shop on a caravan park which is literally a 10 minute walk. Theme park approx half hour walk up the beach, which we got to by walking up from the beach through the gardens of a pub where we got a lovely lunch. So easy access to everything u need. We will definitely be returning...
Booked 7 nights all paid for but hubby had to go in hospital for knee replacement surgery sooner than we expected.Phoned the site and was offered credit note for another holiday but it had to be taken before October this year? hubby still recovering and unable to drive and set up caravan. They were rude and not interested. I asked for part payment back but was refused. So goodbye to £300 which we could I’ll afford. Hence, we won’t be returning again. Customer Service was lousy and full training needs to be done
My husband and I stayed at this park with our little dog back in May - this is a real gem of a site - and is exactly as described...site is kept spotlessly clean - shower and toilet facilities are also clean. The Reception staff / Wardens where lovely, always a smile, very friendly and helpful. As per the description the site is located right on the beach and it really is !! Fantastic location, and a dog friendly beach which our little boy loved. Stunning sunsets to enjoy with a glass of wine, or a cold beer...and plenty of long walks....this was our first visit, but it will not be our last...we will be returning...highly recommended.
Stayed here with my husband many times, very nice peaceful site. Only negative it seems to change wardens everytime we come. Very miffed tonight though, having a meal inside our caravan with our grandchildren aged between 4 and twn and asked to keep the mood down by the new ' warden' not happy at all, way over the top!10
Really nice park. Very friendly reception. Good toilets and showers, cubicles a bit small if you are larger but good enough for me. Quiet and great location right next to the Brean Downs and the beach. Spacious pitches. 100% will be back again!
Had a great stay Welcolmed with friendly staff Very quiet with direct access to the beach for walks with our dog Fantastic hosts with great knowledge for the surrounding areas Basic amenities but clean and hot showers Would recommend
2nd year we have been and can't fault the place, site is tidy, spacious and extremely close to the beach, early sunrises and late sunsets, looking forward to next year's visit already
Great place to stay long as your in a van and not a tent. Quite a walk from the main bits of Brean but a nice walk plus the bonus of being right by the beach.
Lovely clean site warden very helpful helped me putting my van onto pitch nice takeaway just down the road just a shame it's not open all year
Lovely little dog friendly site, part is virtually on the beach, part the meadow is just across a small road. Pitches in the meadow field are a really good size, room for van, awning, and car side by side. The pitches are fairly level too. Drinking water taps at either end of the field. Toilets and showers clean and tidy. Pot wash good. Book swap in situe, take one, leave one grey water disposal, black water disposal. Plenty of bins for rubbish. The grounds are nicely kept. No restrictions re taking dogs on the beach. Fish and chips half a mile away, two pubs within a mile. Small general store on the Warren Farm Site which is a mile away. Good value and will hopefully be returning soon.
