I can’t speak high enough about the skills and customer service we received from Carl and his team. A local small business we suffered a major hardware problem which severely affected our operation. The issues with the hardware were resolved quickly and data recovered to enable us to rebuild the system .A huge relief with very little time lost . Top guy at the counter , had a problem with my pc RAM light on the motherboard came on and I tried to switch the rams slots use one ram etc , so after trying everything I could I decided to take a gamble to try a professional. He told me my motherboard was fried and what I could do and talked about some pc stuff as well , they know what they are doing and are very up to date with there knowledge on pc matters , I will recommend them to anyone who needs help with there pc good prices as well
Excellent customer and technical service. Not only did they fix the problem with windows on my Mac they understand the urgency and pulled a few strings to ensure I had my MacBook back within a couple of hours. Also went out of their way to ensure all the right/tools drivers were installed without me asking. Highly recommend and will use again.
I had to set up my new computer and didn't have a clue where to start. Carl explained everything to me and sorted it quickly and efficiently both with an on-site visit and then through their remote system. A really friendly and professional service that i would have no hesitation in recommending to business associates, family and friends. Brilliant service. Thank You Carl and to your excellent team.
Carl and Harry are both fabulous. They can rectify any problem in my experience, either in person, or remotely. I would highly recommend one of the yearly packages - it is well worth the fee for complete peace of mind. The opening hours are very reasonable, and they will do their utmost to solve any problem as soon as humanly possible. Do not hesitate!
I can not rate Carl, Harry or the rest of the Chandler Computers team highly enough. Absolute experts in what they do. Extremely friendly and helpful and I can not give them any faults at all. Their work rate is incredible and I will never look anywhere else for any computer problems I need dealing with promptly.
It was a pleasure dealing with this company. Carl and his team were very helpful, they put together a PC which suited my needs perfectly. I would not hesitate in contacting them again for any further needs.
Where to start?! We went to Chandlers not really knowing what to expect, but fearing the worst. We're not very tech savvy and it would have been so easy to be patronising or just talk jargon to us. We met Carl first and then made an appt to get a new laptop, really helpful, we were impressed. We saw Mike next, again so helpful, no hassle, explained everything, talked us through everything, and we left the shop. But we got follow up, more help, altogether an incredible experience. The difference between Chandlers and a lot of other places is that these guys love what they do, take pride in it, and it shows in everything they say and do. Believe us, there's nowhere else to go!!
