Recently ordered a custom PC. It came within the stated timeframe. I’m generally a little impatient with online orders so I asked for a few updates over the waiting period and was pretty quickly given one which is great. The part picking on the website was clean and easy to use and I had no issues selecting the parts I wanted. PC arrived yesterday and all I had to do was install my own drives that box had set up wiring for me to do easily and I was using the PC within minutes. It works extremely well and was very well built. Would recommend again for anyone who wants a PC but didn’t want to build one themselves like myself this time around.

looking through the CPU coolers for my next build, i found one for my budget and motherboard an LGA1700, a good make and model, paid for it and 2 days it was here.

My sons new special built PC is fantastic. He uses it for doing YouTube movies among other things. Getting the correct spec was easy online and it turned up bang on time. Could not be happier!! Great team, great service.

Very happy with the service / delivery. Was on time and very quick, first time I have used and will use again. Only minor niggle is website required multiple log ins to view order and get tracking information, may be because I was on mobile. Otherwise great experience thank you!

My new laptop was delivered the next day, the delivery service was outstanding they gave a 1 hour window and arrived on time. The laptop is working perfectly and just what I needed!  only disappointment that Office 10 is not a part of Windows 10 anymore, one has to buy Microsoft 365 or use online office

Box have been spot on with every purchase, I ordered a BenQ Tk810 Projector and it arrived next day. Was a bit dubious ordering due to some negative reviews but like to make my own decision. This Projector is awesome from watching Films, YouTube .Playing games on PC , PS5 and PS4 . Most games run at 4K resolution 60FPS up to 120 FPS . I do not notice any input lag even though it says 40 MS .Well happy with my purchase. I don’t use the Smart features due to using a PS5 and PS4 pro.Can’t recommend this projector enough it’s brilliant and all round projector for the price .just added a JBL 2.0 Bluetooth sound bar even though the speakers built in are good enough. Well happy with my purchase ignore the negative reviews. Buy one and thanks to Box for your service.

Easy to purchase. Delivery was a day later than expected but it was communicated very quickly and even offered a code even though it appears it was the couriers fault. Product appears well made and it was a good price. Can’t fault Box for anything

Excellent range of tech and staff have always been helpful. eBay deals are usually excellent as well just a little slower on acceptance and shipping. C&C from the new location for both .co.uk and eBay would be amazing, especially same-day/within the hour if the plan is to open the storefront on weekends.  Also, would be great if they had a service that advised and sold laptop components to improve gaming performance without having to buy a whole new laptop!

Started using Box during lock down. They supplied a 3D printer at a great price with all the accessories. Placed a few orders now and always great products at a good price and very fast delivery. What more could I ask? Would recommend to everyone. Give them a try, they won't dissapoint.
