Established in 1993 we are dedicated to providing our customers with the best service.
With 45 per cent of sales coming from recommendations we pride ourselves on this high level of support.

From the sale of the highest quality, custom built desktop systems and high specification laptops to repairing and maintaining laptops and PC’s in our in-house workshop, to onsite support packages for both business and home users.

Our dedicated team of experienced and knowledgeable staff offer a personalised computer service which we believe can not be found elsewhere.

Took my laptop in after an automatic upgrade left it unusable. The team had it back to me in working order within a few days for a very reasonable price. Service was friendly and efficient throughout.

I popped in yesterday to get a second opinion on what seemed like a very expensive repair quote for water damage to a laptop. They opened it up and had a look and confirmed that given the extent of the problems the original quote was OK. I found this very helpful. Obviously I would have preferred a different answer - but at least I know the situation...They were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Above all I felt I could trust them to give me an honest opinion...Highly recommended. I will certainly aim to find a way to give them future business. Oh, and the laptop? That is starting a new life as a doorstop.....

Popped into Boldmere Computers yesterday with a phone and laptop query. Lewis quickly fixed both units and suggested I change my anti virus protector . He soon sorted this and called me this morning to remotely update my laptop . Excellent customer service from a polite, knowledgeable guy. I was so impressed with service that i signed up for platinum 12 month service  package .  Thanks Lewis !    Well done.  Carol.

Went into Boldmere Computer Shop after I was let down by the staff at Stormfront, and so glad I did. The guy working there, Lewis, was great and helped me with the issue I was having with my iPhone. Super-friendly, super-helpful and super-knowledgeable. Give this place a try if you have any phone or computer problems.

Very helpful and friendly. A young staff member (Charlie) stayed after closing hours to help me with a particular problem. Very impressive.
