I've ordered a couple of things from Hifonix online, in the past. Both came exactly as expected and with good service emails to keep me up to date on delivery, tracking, after-service check-in, etc. Today, I also went into the store to demo some headphones as I'm looking to upgrade. Service was very accomodating and has left me with some good questions about my future purchase choices. When I do upgrade, it will be through Hifonix. In short, they're long on choice and the customer service is what you'd hope for in a hobby where the choices can be overwhelming.

Amazing service - second to none. Had a fault with my Cayin RU6 that developed 8 months after purchasing. The guys were very helpful on the phone and asked me to post it to them. After tests were carried out, Hifonix shipped a new unit to me within days. Really happy csutomer. Just wish I lived nearer the store to have a snoop.

Hi-Fi and home theatre nut after headphones with no real knowledge of them, was pointed to this business from another ive used before as the place for headphones. Staff polite and friendly, offered a cuppa ! Store is great, lots of kit out on demo, was handed a staff members phone that was already linked to one of the systems to play whichever artists i liked to test Massive range of headphones on display, must be 40 - available to try ! From a very modest budget to the outright phenomenal. Sales left me to my demo, wernt pushy, found out or looked up everything i asked. Great buying experience.  Some vinyl out on sale - lots of speakers and hifi components, beautiful hifi cabinets and a lovely dispersion panel on display.

Bought a pair of Sundara's from them, you can see the earpads aren't in great condition from regular use over a year which is seems to be down to the build quality. I've asked about getting replaced, was told they would contact the manufacturer.  Since then they've ignored all my attempts to get an update. This is just for earpads so good luck to anyone with a real problem.

Horrible experience One of the worst experience I have ever encountered. Don't go for a demo, I have called and booked an appointment demo, especially for 2 IEM I have checked it  and honestly said to the owner that I didn't like the IEM. Then I asked to show one more IEM but unfortunately, that IEM was not there then I was planning to leave at that time I said to the owner IEM which is discontinued has an offer somewhere do you have any demo for it  I said to you somewhere But I didn't say I am going to buy, if my priority is to buy that iem which has an offer elsewhere why I didn't book a demo for that? So don't lie  The take-home message is if you didn't buy form the store after the demo then they will treat you badly That is what I experienced The  owner was using some bad local language  So Guys saying from my personal experience very very bad place for demo

Arranged to travel and listen to 2 headphones, superb welcome , excellent listening facilities, the 2 headphones ready for my audition, coffee provided, no pressure , all in all an excellent experience. Couldn't recomment higher.

I wandered into Hifonix last year on a quest to improve my desktop audio. The chance to talk with Aseem - who is an overflowing resource of knowledge on this subject - was appreciated, as was the two-hour stint I then had in their listening room testing out some of the most opulent headphones known to humanity. I ended up walking out the the Hifiman Arya, and have since also added the Focal Clear to my collection. I'd highly recommend Hifonix, whose prices are competitive and whose service is beyond reproach.

They're a solid retailer when selling, but if something goes wrong. Good luck. The main chap didn't want to know, despite the product being under warranty. The test of the good business is how they support and treat you when someone goes awry. This company failed big time.

Ordered an amp+dac unit after which I received a phone call to notify me of my order being shipped and also a few weeks later to catch up and check if everything was alright with my purchase. Would recommend.

After searching for an online retailer selling the brand of IEMs I was interested in, I'm 100% glad I chose Hifonix. Excellent customer service using the online chat and super fast delivery. A follow up call to ensure I was happy too. Thank you Aseem, I'll be back!
