Repaired the driver side wing mirror on my son’s Audi A3. The care and attention to detail, keeping us in the loop throughout, just incredible.  What stands out is the integrity of this company. A window regulator was damaged while dismantling the car door which is understandable if it is difficult to remove. The team promptly accepted liability, paid and fitted for the part themselves without hesitation. AND the car was cleaned and returned with a smile. My car was very badly damaged by someone who decided to take a key to the passenger door. Following a recommendation, I took the car to J&C Autos where I am over the moon with the results.  You can't see the length of it on the 'before' picture, but the scratch spanned almost the whole of the passenger door. I was very upset to have found it like that.  I honestly thought there would be lasting damage, but the attention to detail that went into the repair of the door is incredible, with a fast turn-around too.  Thank you so much for your prompt, friendly, and professional service.

The brothers at J & C Autos are really nice and helpful! I had the broken side mirror repaired and painted. They have kept me well informed before, during and after the work was done. They provided an excellent and thoughtful service, and they have managed to save me £25 because one of the parts arrived cheaper. Had my Subaru Impreza STI spoiler professionally resprayed and fitted by J&C Autos Bodyworks aswell as other cosmetic detailing. I used J&C to repair my sons Polo as he'd scraped the rear passenger door and had other minor scuffs including a dent in the roof. J&C were brilliant and recommend replacing the door which was a much cheaper and better outcome, which they then sprayed, and also managed to find someone to pull the dent out of the roof - not an easy job. They were great throughout, couldn't have been more helpful and polite and kept to their quote. The car looks great again! These guys are always ready to help you. I had an issue with retaining screws on front disc brakes. They worked their magic and got it done really quick. I can’t recommend them enough. I have had my car repaired here recently after a minor accident. They were able to carry out the work very quickly. Although the vehicle is a recent model Mercedes the repair is absolutely undetectable, and the price was very reasonable.
