Typical after sales service, non existent and full of denials. Our car came with 1 years AA cover free. So 3 weeks in we got a puncture. Rang the AA and low and behold no record of our membership. Had to call a guy out but it cost us £100 just to gave the tyre changed. Approached Chana as they gave us no details on the AA membership. Of course, nothing they could do about it, not their fault. Totally refused to refund despite them not adhering to their agreement. So will write officially to complain, then either trading standards and legal advice. Come on Chana, you took over £3k, you should treat people better. Your reputation precedes you.

They sold us a car with free AA coverage for a year. 3 weeks later we had a flat tyre and AA did not have our car registered so we had to pay 100 pounds to get our car going again which they did not compensate...

One star is being generous! Bunch of cheating cowboys. Bought a Vectra from this a while back which started to go wrong the day I took it home....battery kippered. Then EGR valve went followed by a dead dashboard that took over a month to fix. Granted it was fixed at their  (considerable) expense but the boss was most unhelpful even when it was clear he sold me a lemon. Following the dashboard the clutch went followed by anti roll bar bushes, alternator, starter motor, water pump...the list went on. Eventually sold the old dog to one of those we buy any motor places. Just glad to see the back of it even though us lost four grand in two years! Avoid people, and hopefully these charlatans will go out of business!
