My 2012 transit had a battery problem on the key so wouldn't start the truck anymore so went to get it fixed and Ford wanted £250 for a new key and book.my truck.in so.it can be reprogrammed for the new key. The key apparently can't have the battery changed so that when it does run out u need to pay ford £250 for a new one when a battery would cost a tenner at most. Anyway i found a locksmith who came out to the truck.with exactly the same key as ford use, took him 5 mins and charged £100 quid all in which included the call out. Ford are a proper ripoff look elsewhere for anything ford is my advice i mean howuch profit do they want to make off a key.

Took the car back 3 times to get stuff sorted that should of been done before I took delivery,rushed sale, rushed service! 3 things missed was a service, 2 wheels needed a refurb, & some paint on the bumper so its not like I was asking much and this was part of the deal. The service should is a normal procedure when buying a 2nd hand car from ford so I'm told this was totally missed. After sales needs a lot of work, they couldn't even be bothered to make sure it was cleaned & they had the car for 4 days & only manage to do some of the work!!! Guess they are to busy fixing the RS to be bothered with my ST. Really let down by them deffo not going back!

had to recover a pin radio code there. service excellent, fast and reliable. would recommend this servicing for things like that
