Paying £61.50 for them just to plug a diagnostic tool in for a problem that one won’t pick up! If there’s a problem with the window regulator/motor you need to take the door card off which I would expect for almost a days wage! But no they are just too lazy to do it and are afraid of taking the bit of plastic weathering off that can easily be put back on! Thought u guys were good but I’m going to be taking my business elsewhere because I feel really fobbed off! What’s worse is that my bonnet was misaligned and instead of not doing anything and call me to tell me they just carry on and damage my car even more without telling me anything hoping I would just not notice!

Very smiley friendly staff from the start right through to the end of our visit. Paul Wilson was very informative and explained everything we weren't sure of even told us what he thought was right for us as an older couple without making us feel ancient. Altogether a very good visit. We recommend you give them a visit.

Our experience was a bit like ‘only went in for a pint of milk but bought a car’!! We were introduced to Jack sales manager who asked what we were interested in & showed us several models of karoq - colour ,price & specifications. He gave us the benefit of his knowledge & advised us on the best car for us. So there & then we agreed to buy. To say I was thrilled/excited …… I absolutely love the car it’s so easy to drive and has all the tec. we need - Bob is impressed with the interior spec. So thank you Jack for sorting us our perfect vehicle. We went back to collect the car and Jordan Howard sales exec completed the transaction easily & smoothly-taking our previous car in part exchange. So we had no hassle at all. THANKS GUYS - 5 STARS. P.S. Just like we’ve always driven an automatic!

I have only given 1 star as it the lowest possible score. I bought a car with damage that the dealer tried to pass off as something I had done despite me reporting it within less than an hour of ownership and having photographs from two weeks before collecting proving I wasn’t lying. Mis sold a warranty as a Skoda warranty which then turns out to be a Listers own warranty- restricting cover and accessible repair agents. Terrible communication and rather abrupt dealings at times. Absolutely no acceptance of them being in the wrong.  Tom Cox the brand director has swerved my complaint and passed it to Paul Fox the Retailer Principal who was largely to blame for the need to complain. The car broke down before completing 300 miles and it took three weeks to sort the damage that was already there. If the communication was there and a touch of honesty from them, I wouldn’t even be writing this. As it is I have spent £20k and come away feeling like a second rate citizen that owes Listers for ‘looking after me’ rather than dealing with their wrongs!! I would never ever deal with them again. Be warned.

Paul the sales guy was wonderful. He could not have been more helpful if he tried. The best thing was that no one was being "pushy". He even filled the car with fuel as well. The car is spot on as well. A winner all round. They have earned my loyalty regarding going there for servicing etc.

Upon arrival, I was pleasantly greeted & seen by the staff at the dealership. They were quick to sort, arrange, & complete the work required in this case being a Service & M.O.T in a timely manner along with, giving the vehicle an exterior/interior detail. Seating accommodation was plentiful and the drinks facility available for the customers was greatly appreciated. in terms of pricing they were competitive or in some case slightly cheaper against certain dealerships.  Keep up the good work.

Bought an ex-demonstrator approved Fabia Estate with a future availability date, and had excellent service from Paul Wilson, who explained every aspect of the various options with the purchase, kept me up to date on the availability of the vehicle, and gave a thorough, efficient and professional  handover with the vehicle presented in showroom condition.  Very pleased. Thanks also to the charming young lady on the front desk for all the coffees. ;-

Possibly the worst car showroom / sales experience we’ve had. Their salesman Paul probably said about 5 words to us. Made no attempt to sell us the car, stood and just watched in silence as we sat in it. Eventually got a test drive and he couldn’t even be bothered to show the controls or take us through the interior. Car which was actually for sale had stains all over the seats. Actually embarrassing how poor he and the experience was.
