Found in an easily accessible location just a few minutes’ drive from junction 3 of the M6 or around a mile and a half walk from the railway station in Nuneaton I can only recommend this well-appointed vibrant dealership very highly.  From an initial website to query to completing a purchase all the staff I dealt with have been exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, civil and courteous.  

All questions or queries I had throughout the process were dealt with quickly and accurately whether in person, via email or telephone.  At no point did I feel pressurised to make any decision I did not want to and all advice and assistance was impartial, unbiased and professional.  A big thank you to Richard Jones for putting together a fantastic deal that worked for all parties and for all your help, patience and assistance.  

If you’re in the area and looking for a new car go visit them, you may find that owning that special car is more affordable than you thought with the vast array of promotions they currently have available.

Great, friendly experience. Richard was extremely helpful and informative of all questions I had asked with additional information along the way to help answer any other questions I might have thought about later on. Smooth and easy process with part exchanging my previous car for my new one and helpful throughout. Highly recommended dealership.

I Picked up a nice new 595 Abarth from Research in Nuneaton on 1st March. I can honestly say the reception from all at Research in Nuneaton was excellent and dealing with Philip Booth in particular was a pleasure. Philip struck the right balance when explaining features and benefits while not being too pushy, he listened carefully to needs and queries I had and the whole process went very smoothly from test drive to car collection. Family and friends have used this garage in previous years and say the same. Consistency in customer service is a wonderful thing and you cannot get better than personal recommendation. I will be using this garage again.

I have very recently purchased a lovely Fiat Bravo from this company and what a great first buying experience it was for me.  Myself and my partner walked around the forecourt with no hassle, and when we finally entered the showroom/reception I felt so relaxed. The sales executive Jay Draper approached us  and was very helpful,cheerful and informative.  Everything was explained very clearly and nothing was too much. I didn't feel hassled or forced to do anything i didn't want to, from start to finish was a real professional job done and pressure free.

Today I bought my second car from research garage! First class service from Mathew Blake who has dealt with me both times and been spot on each time. Very helpful to find the right car and plan for you! Would 100% recommend to anyone! Ask for Mathew!
