Bought a new Yaris. James was excellent - exactly the right balance of customer care without flannel - personable without being patronising . James actually listened to what I wanted and acted accordingly without trying to badger me into things I did not want. Very up front, straight forward - a very fair deal. Delighted with the car. - it is exactly what I wanted I am obviously not top of the range clients but I was treated as though I were.Thank you James and all others at the garage. I would recommend Listers garage 100%.

I have no regrets of having chosen Listers Toyota Nuneaton for my new car most importantly that I had my old car to trade in which went towards the deposit of my new car. My initial contact was with Craig lovely young man on Sunday the 28th of January 2018 who took me through the whole process methodically and professionally, ensuring I understand my options. I did not feel rushed or pressured in the decision I made. I was assured my car will be ready and registered by Wednesday the 31st of January and I was not disappointed. Craig was going on holiday the next day but he left me in Luke’s team’s capable hands to oversee and complete what he was not able to finish given it was a Sunday when I visited. After that it took 2 extra visits back to Listers, first to sign the final documents and last to collect my car on Wednesday evening as promised. The customer care and welcome by all staff there was superb each time. I went there with my partner and although I was the one needing the car he was not ignored. The hospitality was second to none. On Wednesday when I went to collect my car, Luke and his team surprised me with this grand gesture, MY CAR WAS DRESSED IN A RED SILK COVER WAITING FOR ME TO UNVEIL IT. I should have marked the moment with a photo but the memory will last. With my experience, I rate Listers Toyota Nuneaton, 10/10 for their outstanding customer care. I will recommend anyone who is looking to buy a new Toyota car to go with Listers Toyota. Phuti

My car was in for a service and mot they kept me informed and clear on what was required brilliant job done and great staff always friendly and polite the manager came over and asked if I was happy with everthing and was generally interested in the reason for my visit well done listers Toyota Nuneaton
