I went into the store an other day because my contract is ended up and I just wanted to understand why my prices going up and how can I get a better deal! My broadband was absolutely amazing at home and great so I didn’t wanted to leave at all! The guy in store was absolutely unhelpful, said they’re can’t do nothing “prices are always going up!” Can’t get me a new deal or a new package, need to phone up or online! Was really uncomfortable and bad experience!! What they are there for then?! Bad customer service I think so ‍
Dave sorted my poorly phone with a new SIM card after trying various options to cure my problem.He was very helpful and talked me through each stage of his investigation. Top Marks, deserves a well earned rise in pay maybe for one week as a bonus. Pity Dave the manager on was on lunch during my time there.
Mobile network coverage is degrading. I've cancelled my two sim plans due to this. Takes forever with 1001 questions to cancel, they make it difficult to do so. Their broadband although I'm still using it as it's suppose to be the fastest home broadband in the UK. I've downgraded from 350Mbps plan because I usually got 120Mbps download. Doesn't matter what time of day peak or off-peak, that's just their excuse for the speed limiting. I've now downgraded after the 1yr contract to 100Mps plan, now I get 45Mbps download speed. Really poor ethics and integrity Mr. Branson, you ought to resolve this in your organization.
Terrible. An engineer cut my broadband cable whilst installing a new service to another flat. Called to escalate the situation so I don't have to wait days for an engineer and the guy hung up on me.
Very helpful even though I wasn't buying this time. Helpful telling me about the specs of the phones in the price range I gave them. Staff helpful. Polite.
All staff help us to choose a perfect pack of broadband for our family. Quick installation and all works fine.
