Had a shellac on my nails here and it was the worst experience. I grow my natural nails quite long and I asked her to just file them square, next thing I know she gets the clippers and starts clipping them (shorter than if I were to bite them!!) and they were all jagged!! It takes me a long while to grow them and in an instant they were all gone. The shellac was SO poor, I could have done better myself and it peeled off literally a day later... I would be shocked if that therapist was genuinely qualified to be honest... Complained to the manager but he wanted nothing to do with it. Will never be returning and advise anyone else not to!

I always go to Adorn for my Shellac Manicure. Always last at least 3 weeks before I need them redone. Therapists are always friendly and give great customer service. I am an ex therapist so I know how professional these ladies are.

Got shellac nails done for £30 and they lasted 2 days before completely peeling off!! Also the woman doing the manicure did sloppy work of the painting, couldn’t believe she was a professional. My pedicure chipped within an hour of having it done so I returned to the salon and politely asked to have the nail repainted and the lady was rude and rushed it. Do not get nails done here!! So disappointed

Really disapointed after my visit. I ask for thin brows like my natural and dye the color. She took off to many chairs and make my brows really thick. When on the end i tell the lady I'm not happy she went to me "whot is wrong, your briws are nice" but is not that whot i bean asking for. They not leasting and don't respect clients. Never comeback to that place! Really bad

Will never be going back. Had gel done soon as I had them done they were already peeling off .. wouldn’t give my money back and was going to charge a extra 10 pound after I had already paid 25 for them to be taken off and redone after it was there mistake. So rude and unprofessional they rip people off !!!!
