I went there years ago I bought a 3/4 piece wig it wasn’t real hair which I knew but was still about £100 which is a lot for synthetic hair that you can’t style but I liked it I work in hairdressing so I’m always trying new things but it wasn’t the product it was the service they made me feel so uncomfortable buying in there and a few months later I went back to look round and they make your feel like they don’t trust you they watch you and hover round you constantly but not because they want to help because when you ask them a question they’re so abrupt I wrote them an email directly saying I found there customer service terrible and never got a reply.

Thank you so much for your kind empathetic approach. I have Alopecia and it is a totally different situation to Chemo hair loss which Mary dealt with fantastically. I was determined not to buy a wig on this visit however Mary's patience won through!  I have since been to my hairdresser who loved the fact that my auburn wig was slightly highlighted and thought it was really good value for money along with looking pretty good!
 Also I was at the hospital yesterday and a complete stranger commented on my hair colour, when I told her it was a wig she said 'I wasn't sure but it looks great, she was a hairdresser!! So she wasn't just saying it to make me feel better a good boost for the morale and the quality of the wig. Thanks again Mary from Jackyx

I purchased a short wig for the purpose of using on a cruise as I like to swim and am not good at doing my hair The staff were so attentive and friendly nothing was too much trouble and I am delighted with my purchase does not feel or look like a wig Highly recommended
