"Harwoods Southampton Accident Repair Centre was purchased by the Group in 2004 and relocated to new, modern premises in 2008. Covering most of Hampshire and some areas of Wiltshire and Sussex, the bodyshop consists of just under 30 staff. The Centre holds Audi, Bentley, Fiat Group, Honda, Nissan, Renault, Seat, Skoda and VW approvals and obtained the BSI 10125 kitemark in 2013. In addition to motor vehicles, three light aircraft, bespoke kitchen units and designer household radiators have also been painted here!"

Very friendly staff who kept me updated throughout the repair, letting me know as the car moved between stages. Timing was spot on against the estimated time. Repair work is to a high standard so very happy replacing aluminium door, painting, removing dent in rear quarter panel. See before/after shots on this review. A big thank you to the team there!
Very helpful staff arranged for my vehicle to be dropped home as I was in a&e the day before and then waiting outpatient treatment and couldn't drive no fuss offered to help kept updated throughout was arranged through my insurance but would use if I had to have anything done in future. Couldn't see me for two weeks fair enough, they're short of estimators , didn't email me any details as promised, didn't have my details on the system nor any record of my appointment on the system when I turned up for my estimate, then told me on the day it would cost me £25 which they would refund only if I used them. Sorry, but if that's the level of service before you even touch my pride & joy then no thanks! Can't comment on actual bodywork ability as chose to go elsewhere.

The service and help from Harwoods was top rate, the staff were very friendly, keeping me informed throughout and the work carried out was absolutely first class. I would highly recommend them. Philip Butler
I wish I could give no stars. I sent my Jaguar XE to them for repairs in September 2017. They changed the rear left wing, but the parts have not been joint properly, and now I hear a rattle noise in the car all the time. The rear door is not adjusted properly so it touches the front door each time it is closed, and a loud wind noise comes in when driving at high speed. The painting is a disaster! It sims someone has painted with a brush! I have sent the car back to them 3 times to fix the issues, but it is sent back to me as it was. I have the car inspected by three different bodyshops, They all agreed with me regarding the issues, but nobody is going to give me a report because they are all working together. Do not waste your time and money.
Following an accident, rear ended by a Range Rover, my insurance arranged for pick up and delivery to Harwoods in Totton. There was quite a bit of damage not immediately apparent to the untrained eye. The team at Harwoods were so professional and really kind and caring in their interactions with me throughout the process of repair etc. A big thanks to the workshop team and a personal thanks to the lovely Lisa of the admin team who dealt with me throughout the whole process.
Big scam, accident was 19th of March 2018. I tried collect car 11-12 times, Last time on friday 09-11-2018. And BMW 2012 year, still looking s*** AFTER 8 LONG MONTHS STILL IN "GARAGE"
Professional, considerate and regular communication throughout the repair to our vehicle. Fabulous service and work completed has restored our car to ‘new’. Cannot rate the team any higher. Thank you.
