Great staff, very friendly and attentive. Excellent hygiene, clearly constant cleaning to keep patrons safe. Food was delicious. Easy to order from the table using the app. Rooms very clean and well furnished.
Excellent staff front of house, who are let down behind the scenes. Kitchen needs to read the tickets more carefully. Specific requests made on both dishes, neither provided. Rosemary fries, just weren't! No Rosemary was harmed in the making of this side, and I really mean none! Not even a hint.
I've been here three times now, and it's been perfect each time. Comfy rooms, helpful staff and a great restaurant. The Fish & Chips is the best I've ever had, anywhere. It's worth booking your table at the restaurant, as it's very popular with guests and non-guests alike.
They put a lot of effort to make us and themselves safe. Service was good food was good we are having our wedding reception there hopefully as its been postponed 3 times
