Best vape shop in the Northeast
Once again, outstanding service and advice. They stand behind their products and do so helpfully and with a smile. No reason to go anywhere else.
Great family run buisness. The only place I will go for my vaping needs. Amazing place and very very helpful staff.
I couldn't rate these guys highly enough. I went to the shop because it was a Friday evening and it was the only one open til 8pm in the area. I could not have stumbled upon a better shop run by better people. I went in on the look out for a new vape as I wasn't happy with the one I has previously been using. The guy who I assume was the manager then offered to give me something to save me money rather than buy a new vape. This was refreshing as the last shop I went into just to buy liquid repeatedly tried to sell me his most expensive vapes when all I really wanted was liquid. As much as I loved that about the manager I was adamant I wanted a new vape and I was there for a whole hour which seemed like 15mins. In that time the 2 guys found out my needs, my wants and my tastes. I came away with the best vape I have ever had with the liquids that suited me perfectly. I don't know much about vapes as I have been a cigarette smoker for the past 28yrs and so previously i have only bought vapes that I liked the look of. I now know a lot more about what I'm using, how to maintain it and the best liquids to use. I won't now go anywhere else especially as they have a loyalty rewards scheme too. I got a fantastic deal with some great discounts. Thank you to you both for all the help in setting up my vape and showing me the best ways to use it. See you soon
My go to vape shop, I see the guys in here a couple of times a week. I've had Mods, attys, batteries and juice from them. Friendly and knowledgeable bunch of guys. If you're after anything vape related locally don't even bother going to the other stores.
This is the only place where I now buy my mods, tanks and liquids. They have a good choice and range of all, but it's the staff that make it. Very knowledgeable staff who care more about ensuring you have a good vaping experience.
In times of this terrible disease covid 19, I had ordered some liquids. Because the delivery was late they have given me them free. Wow what a company, can't thank them enough. Really lovely and polite people who work at uptons in wallsend shop. Highly recommend uptons to everyone who vapes.....can't thank you enough . Excellent service .
