My mam and i were assisted by John, we needed carpets and laminate for a new house. John was really helpful and friendly, he didnt try to shove expensive options on us. Very professional, highly recommend. Thanks
This dreadful company should be called "Carpetwrong". For some rooms they delivered the wrong carpets. For other rooms they sold carpets that were out of stock and were not coming into stock. They almost never answer the phone, never respond to emails, their store managers are arrogant and unhelpful and their area managers are far too busy doing 'important things' to ever talk to customers. Try to buy your carpets from a local dealer who understands the meaning of "'customer service"

Terrible, no interest in customers 2 was talking to a friend and didn't want to move to discuss flooring. Ordered and arranged delivery, spent 4 days waiting after delivery 14 days just nothing, no phone calls, just no delivery. Would you shop here ?!!
Went in 2 weeks ago picked a carpet the bloke said it would be in 7 to 10 days no more no less got measured paid for carpet now 10 days are up I phoned you see what's happening then to be told it's not in and have to wait another 4 days to see if it's in. SO UNRELIABLE
