Installer messed up fitting and now they are trying to blame me - I have email evidence to back it up and after a few back and forth emails I am getting ignored. Edit - Capetright have asked me get in touch and have still have not responded to any email Coming up to a month without any update from the store and almost 2 weeks since raising a complaint Buyer beware - if you have an issue don't expect a speedy response If I get one at all
Needed a floor trim for my flooring but could not find anywhere anything similar to mine. There was a gentleman called Victor. He asked me to bring a piece of my flooring to compare with the existing in the showroom. This man went through every piece in the shop until he found one identical. Ordered and delivered today. I couldn't be happier with the service and the product. Thank you Victor you really went the extra mile.
Excellent customer care staff knew what they were talking about and guided me in the right direction for my carpet for the room I wanted it in will definitely come back to this store thankyou Nikki and her staff where great

Staff didn't even acknowledge me too busy doing nothing so I took my business elsewhere not my customer service standards
Would give this no stars as obviously do not need custom. Went in at 3:50 today as wanted to book to be measured up for vinyl flooring in 3 rooms to be told they were closed. Will go somewhere else as made to feel very unwelcome. Your Loss!!!
