I just wanted to extend my gratitude to Bob who helped me today. There was an armchair that was discontinued and therefore could not be home delivered. Bob lugged this chair across the store passing much younger members of staff who didn't seem inclined to help/take over i must say... to the collection point round the back of the store. 20 minutes later I was at the collection point with my car and again Bob helped get the chair into my car. Absolutely exceptional service and a complete credit to the store.nAnd to the young male members of staff we passed during our travels through the shop - be more Bob.
Absolutely shocking, a joke !! We were prepared to pay over £2,000 to this company for shutters for our house. From the beginning we had an incompetent lad who clearly didn’t know his stuff. Called his manager for help, she was so angry and unhappy that she was disturbed,.nWas supposed to be contacted to have measurements done etc! But never showed up for appointment set and had no apologies , even had to chase up for another appointment . Eventually got measurements done but then had to chase up for the quote which was promised but never delivered. Awful experience Horsham Branch a joke even had your staff say ‘can’t believe you’re still going with us’
Very poor and rude customer service. I am a disabled person and wheelchair user. I asked help with a large product from a salesperson who was a young girl, she had suddenly a private phone call on her mobile, she walked away and left me alone struggling with the large item while I was in my wheelchair. Seriously?! Employees can have private mobile phone calls while serving customers ???nCan they just walking away and leave a disable customer alone in the store and prioritize their private life during work hours?!nI am very disappointed , how rude is that.nYoung employees have no work ethic and proper training how to serve customers.
A terrible experience with the manager, not sure if she was having a bad day but I was met with immediately hostility over a poor quality and faulty return, to which she refused to process. Utterly humiliating experience. I was a frequent shopper in this store but I don't feel like I will return, I was made to feel like a liar and criminal. Again maybe she was just having a bad day and I got the brunt of it...
Excellent, I like the store very much. Bought a lot of stuff for the house,in here. Good price and good quality.
