Staff unable to sell me haberdashery, despite cutting the length I required because the barcode didn't show on their scanner! There was a barcode on the shelf above the product, showing the price.nDon't actually know how much longer they'll survive the town really awful customer service, maybe I got them on a bad day, but not somewhere I'd opt to shop in again!
I am very happy and satisfied with the customer service care and help I have received from Kristina today. Funny enough that we have the same name even. Thank you for the experience. Living on my own comes with many challenges and today she helped me to choose my curtain rods and curtains. I am grateful, thank you.
Unusually rude manager - not sure why they were so short with us. Must have had other life stresses on. Not a reason to be randomly rude though
The most unprofessional manager i have ever seen…don’t u have knowledge and u don’t know how to talk with a staff then how u can talk with a Coustmer..leave that job in a very first day..thanks for a great manager
I'm going to have to do another visit to explore this Aladdin's cave of goodies. There's just so much stuff here! And staff were very helpful at pointing out locations of specific items. Coffee shop is also handy, quiet and reasonable. Especially bacon rolls and the cream tea!
