I don’t usually do a review of larger companies like John Lewis BUT yesterday I was blown away by the outstanding customer service I experienced from one particular young lad who bless him went above and beyond to give me such amazing information,respect and his knowledge was second to none. So well done Finn from upstairs in the tech team mate this one’s for you. I hope the right person or persons see this and credits you.
Unacceptable customer service from a company that suggests that customer service is a distinguishing factor.nI call the customer service team to ask if they have a tv/audio product on demonstration in a particular store. They are unable to tell me or put me through to the store so apparently I have to make a potentially wasteful journey to the store to understand this! environmentally conscious company?.nWhat is the point of having a central customer service team that can’t offer very basic information about their own stores?
We just wanted to leave a review for the technical support team at John Lewis Horsham. For Josh in particular.nSuch a nice and helpful guy, and the level of customer service we received on Saturday was off the scale.nWe had an issue with our new TV and he sorted it out so quickly our head spun.nThank you again for your brilliant service .
Great range, lovely atmosphere and fantastic customer service. John Lewis is laid out over 2 levels and there is a lovely Waitrose and a Waitrose cafe to enjoy. Went into store yesterday as a laptop we bought at Xmas had developed a serious fault. Spoke to Josh in the Tech support team who was excellent. Asked if we wanted to send it away for repair or offered us a new replacement for free, which we took. Great service all round.
