I have no problem with the main store but I urge you not to order a new kitchen or bathroom. I ordered my kitchen in April 2022, the installation started on 11th October 2022. It's now 26th November and still not finished with numerous problems so I'm still living out of dusty boxes. I am not optimistic it'll be sorted by Christmas, based on progress so far. My daughter ordered a new bathroom and cancelled it in the end because of appalling customer service in the bathrooms/kitchen section of the store who really messed her about. UPDATE the fitter has now damaged my £3,000 worktop by using a chisel to get off some sealant which he dropped on it.
Got to be honest went to the store. We had items in our device on wickes products that we know where in stock and in the store. We could not find a product and asked one of the employees. Sadly being young and possible inexperienced. And this led to not finding the product. His attitude was its in this area and left. So I went to a supervisor who went out of his way until he found it. Thank god because we needed that product straight away. Then we took all of our products we needed to the til sadly the grumpier young strike two. I am being polite and trying to help and pay so we can finalise our transaction. I just hop the company start a training program for these ppl because my partner was going to leave all the items and head fir another builders merchants
Cutting a long story short... firstly we where mis-informed regarding delivery and availability of stock so my Wife had to take another day off work to accept the delivery. When the products finally arrived the delivery drivers damaged our ceiling, accidents happen but 12 WEEKS later we are still waiting for compensation, apparently Wickes insurance company is happy to pay but they need to speak to someone in transport... SERIOUSLY how long can it possible take to contact someone in the SAME company...

Well laid out, got all I needed without having to ask. Checkout girl was quick and efficient. Funny how you can see a smile even from behind a mask!! Prices are probably not the best but it was a one stop shop before the new lockdown.
It sells DIY products what's not to like other than the checkout where on occasion it's difficult to know who is serving and who is not.
We had a problem with our tap and we asked advice from a Wickes employee as it was only three years old. He was very pleasant and despite the tap no longer sold went above and beyond in order to help us. Thank you.
Plaster was out of date and thus will go hard before you finish working with it. There was in date plaster in the stock room, but the staff refused to sell it.
I have had an extremely awful experience. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND WICKS TO FAMILY OR FRIENDS.... I ordered my bathroom items on the 27/06, my items did not arrive until the 15th of August, I was never kept informed about the delivery wait as I was under the impression they would arrive within two weeks! I was constantly making numerous calls to Wicks online to obtain further information about my delivery date, When I did go into store, I was told they were unable to help me further, and that I had to call Wicks online when my items finally arrived on the 15th August, the boxes were opened with items now missing!!!!!!!! It took me over a month to Arrange a return collection and refund on a single item!!! This is appalling customer service nor is this acceptable. I am an extremely disappointed customer and do not intend to purchase from here again.
