We had the most horrendous experience with this branch. They were difficult when they supplied the wrong parts and delayed the refurbishment by a week. The builders who were fantastic said it is the worst branch they had ever dealt with. The dishwasher hasn't worked properly since it was installed (3 weeks ago) and now I'm having to go around the houses trying to get a proof of purchase which I should have been given in order to get an engineer to come out and fix it.

Pros: Howden's products are good quality and they will price match local competitors. Aylesbury branch specific Cons: I only dealt with one of the office staff but he was very disappointing, I would email asking several questions and he would only answer one in his reply. He also forgot to update the cabinets when we swapped a single oven for a double. The corner cabinets are missing blanking panels. General Howden's cons: I was very dissapointed with the price of Howden's products, for a trade only business I found them very expensive. My first quote was for £3500 or £2750 in the sale if I took delivery in October. By price matching products from Screwfix, Toolstation, Wickes and B and Q I managed to get the price down to £2500. They also charge a whopping £80 for delivery and won't 'price match' Wickes or B and Qs' free delivery. The corner cupboards are missing blanking panels and the corner cupboard doors clash with the adjacent bad cupboard s when fully opened. Not great design.

Great guys, counter staff are excellent, warehouse guys always cheerful and helpful.... Planning office guys well clued up, look after us trade guys well.
