Despite being somewhat overpriced on most items, you can pretty much get what you want the same day. Staff helpful. Good parking
I recently visited B&Q Aylesbury and had a very disappointing experience with their car parking system. After parking my car in the B&Q car park, I briefly left the premises for just 10 minutes and ended up receiving a £60 parking fine, despite being well within the allowed time and having made a purchase at the store.nnApparently, there is some fine print on the parking sign stating that you are not allowed to leave the premises while your car is parked there. This is not made clear to customers, and I find it incredibly unfair. I believe B&Q should either make this rule more visible or reconsider their approach to parking restrictions.nnThis experience has really soured my view of the store. A £60 fine for such a minor thing feels like a harsh penalty for loyal customers. Be careful when parking here!
Town centre location is a benefit since I can just walk there. The main problem is stock control since you often find someone has stolen part of a pack. Would be good to blend a Screwfix style desk system so petty theft is avoided.
Definitely a great place, Especially for those who actually have Nostalgia with these places. It's brilliant to see them still thriving!nB&Q Are honestly GREAT.
