Awesome experience buying a nearly new car from David at Arnold Clark Fiat. I've bought multiple cars from Arnold Clark over the past 20 years and can say without a word of a lie this was the smoothest purchase yet. There were a couple of small issues to be worked on at my end private plate to be taken off, etc.. but David worked through all of that to get me a deal I was happy with and on top of that a super fast turnaround. Thanks to David and his Manager didn't catch his name for taking good care of me.
Not delirious about this place. I was told and reminded quite firmly that my booking in time for service was 8.30am. I was on time. Told my car would be ready 4'ish. That was a bit of a surprise. It doesn't take all day to do a service and there were plenty mechanics hanging around. Arrived at 4.30 to be told they were just starting the service and it would be ready 5.30. So it only takes an hour apparently. On expressing my utter dismay was told there had been a 'problem ' at the service place. So that was one quick service but they still had plenty time to send a list of over priced upsells. Practically every liquid under the sun was recommended. I was to be impressed with the wash and footwear hoover. It was valeted to an inch of it's life the day before so there was nowt to wash or hoover. Even though I have another free service as part of my 'deal' I think I'll just go back to my friendly local garage. So disappointing after good sales experience when I purchased.
How, just how is possible there is not enough stuff if you coming with request or enquiry, because your car still under warranty, not cheapest one, doesn't work at all. Been told there isn't gonna be any car mechanic available for 2 weeks. Requested us to go to KIRKCALDY or maybe don't disturb at all. Really not professional approach, disappointed ...
Had a great experience getting a new car for my wife. Couldn't recommend them more every very nice and helpful especially the man we dealt with Kyle Bullock very knowledgeable and helpful getting the best deal possible
Local so always handy.. Car was in for service/mot.. They kept me informed of what was happening and phoned me when car was ready for pick up! It was already clean inside but John gave it a much needed wash much appreciated! Only know his name thru cleaned by tag left in car lol Polite and happy to help staff quick too so always a bonus.
Small branch with good service. During my visit they had a good selection of new and used cars. Although well located, parking could be an issue. Walking distance from the Queen Margaret rail station. Two salesperson and the branch manager dealt with my selling and buying process. All done swiftly, professionally, and well explained. Still waiting for the last details to be cleared, but hopefully will be sorted new V5 and final payment in the next few days.

Not long picked up my new car and Glen was brilliant and informative throughout the whole process. Cannot fault the customer service I received.
Really good staff for this particular branch. Always had my issues sorted by them, although AC can become a headache sometimes, Dunfermline branch Always had everything done for the customer. Didn't have that much of a good experience before them.
Car in for major repair seems ok and reception staff friendly, but twice I had to point out my car was not returned cleaned or hovered, the car was taken to wash and still not fully cleaned. £1000+ spent and can't wash properly reduces confidence. They took my car away at my cost, threw a bucket of water let it dry for 6 hours before returning, no followup or check.
