Cannot say how helpful and friendly the team were when I went in on a busy Saturday morning. Went above and beyond. Great customer service.

Most of the staff are friendly and helpful but they need to rethink some of their grumpy  Christmas temps chatting away abott customers at the till in front of other customers.! However the staff I dealt with were really nice. Helped my daughter to pick out a Christmas card for me as I don't have anyone else to take her and she wanted it to be a surprise. Great range of products available. A little overpriced for helium filled balloons but they are good quality.

I have to say that I have been in many of the card factory stores but this one is the best, all the staff there are so happy to help and go out of there way to make sure you can get what you need or if its not in stock will look around to see if its possible to get it for you, the place is alway so clean and tidy and have an amazing  Selection on cards and I love the little gifts  you can get for all Special occasions and the displays and good to, Rose was one of the staff that served me and made me feel so welcome that I would be happy to keep going back  that's what I like to see someone that makes you feel OK with spending me money lol, well done card factory Swanley keep up the good work.

If you sell a birthday balloon to kids and you force parents to pay extra for a balast bag to be attached to the balloon, so it doesn't fly away, you could at least make sure that it's tied up properly, because after rude sale, all i had left, was an expensive weight bag and the balloon flew away anyway. Otherwise I would have hold the string securely until indoors and had a lovely balloon for the party. And it was too late for going back to get new one. Other than that, shop is great, prices are good and available also good, but really I just want to buy, what I actually want to buy. Don't want to hear, that I can't have a balloon if I don't pay extra for a weight. Lost the balloon anyway and now avoiding going back to this shop...

Hats off to your assistant Nicky for dealing with the whole shop on her own, not only serving customers in the queue, which stretched to the back of the shop but also blowing up balloons. Totally discusted with the other assistant who was more interested in blowing bubbles and chatting outside in the sun while Nicky struggled to keep all the customers happy. Well done Nicky,  a credit to card factory

Great to see the shop back up and running,  got all my cards great price, staff happy and helpful.

Great store I always get my cards here also some gifts, after xmas I go there + get my main xmas cards for next yr, always get some bargains.

Great shop, friendly staff but could do with a little more variety in cards.

I want to thank the staff of card factory swanley for always being so helpful and cheerful at such a busy time of year.  Nothing  too much trouble Merry Christmas

Always a long wait, but worth it for reasonable priced cards etc, compared to them further along the High St
