Best service I have received in spec-savers anywhere, this spec-savers really seemed like they cared and explained a lot of things.
I like the service I receive from Specsavers and am very impressed by the care given by Mr Ayub, who is so thorough when examining eyes. I love my new glasses, Superdrive again, which I find I can wear for all activities. I chose a coloured 'tortoise shell' frame and found that part of the lower section of one reflected light, which I found distracting and irritating. However, I rectified the problem by applying a small amount of nail varnish on the inside of the frame.
Very good experience and was impressed with Mr Ayub and the testing service.
Absolutely frustrating service. The call centre receives calls for the store, I found this out after waiting hours for an email. When I called back I was told that they have sent a request to the local store and I’ll just have to wait. I went to the store in person only to be told they know nothing about by enquiry, I asked for my prescription and was told to wait 20 mins as the option is the only person who can tell me it. Totally poor service. Vision express in Orpington will get my custom from now on.
I had an ear wax build up nice!. They do ear wax removal here using microsuction. The guy that removed mine was really knowledgeable and friendly. I would thoroughly recommend them and £55 is worth it for both ears.

I have never felt so let down by a company. I went into this store for a sight test and one month contact lens trial. One week after my month was over I had not heard anything, so I phoned in and was told that the staff had not ordered my lenses in, and they would call me back when they arrived. One week later after hearing nothing from them, I called again, they had no records of me, but said again that they would order lenses - again nothing. I left numerous messages and heard nothing back and so decided to go into the store, where a manager struggled to find me on the system and told me that if I booked an appointment for one weeks time they should have my lenses, I booked an appointment and once I returned home had a call that my lenses were there. I said I would pick them up at my appointment having already purchased some privately to see me through. Today I received a call asking me to come in at least two hours prior to my appointment, if not more, to pick up the lenses as I have to be wearing them for said appointment. I told them not to bother. My eyesight has been a battle in and out of hospital most of my life and i do not believe that this group of people are remotely capable of looking after a pet rock, let alone someone's vision. It may also be worth noting that my partner had glasses prescribed from here before I attempted to join. These were shipped to the wrong store, halfway across the country, and their delivery to him was delayed by a week. In short, we shouldn't have gone to Specsavers.
Excellent service from start to finish. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and offered great advice, Elizabeth in particular was great.
I attended at Specsavers Swanley for a hearing test today with Michael Burrin & received an excellent, informative & friendly service. Very pleased with service.
