The staff is truly fantastic. Polite, always smiling and cheerful. I come here almost every morning before going to work, and it’s the best place to kick off my morning with the right spirit! Nice coffee and food selection as well.
Could be a little cleaner, their Internet was down so only cash and no costa beans credited to your costa card... can't be helped but very inconvenientFood: 4/5
Amazing helpful and accommodating staff. I am breastfeeding and my baby has a dairy allergy. Julie and Shaun made sure to clean/wipe down everything and communicated with each other so clearly as to not cross contaminate. Very accommodating and very pleasant. Thankyou
Overall an excelamt place to have a coffee when visiting Swanley Square, however despite the quality certain food items such as the sandwiches have increased in price to what I think to a level of almost a cheap lunch in a cafe, staff are friendly and efficient and sometimes it can become very busyFood: 3/5
In the beginning, everything was excellent in Costa Coffee. Now nothing is clean, like before, the chairs are dirty, the tables and the toilet smell, and the coffee time is very crowded.
Useless Unable to provide a cup of tea as their machine wasn't boiling water. Don't understand why they couldn't use a good old fashion kettle
Staff are now sarcastic don't clean tables and they need to speak clearly as very noisy in there order's are done wrong far too often as the staff don't listen to what u say Wheelchair accessibility: Not very disable friendly as far too small especially when people come in with buggies and are in the way
VERY noisy. Neither the staff nor the customers seem to have any volume controls. Coffee and croissant good though.
Plenty of seating inside and lots of outdoor tables and seating too. Good value with large portion size and if needed a very clean W.C. just for customers.
Always lack of staff, long queues and slow service. Staff look disinterested and unsupported. Looks like it needs a good clean and doors that open to outside seating never open. Why are people in there so rude,never say excuse me or sorry for barging you! Is it the area?
