Worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life , the umpa lumps one Kirsty aka Karen is so rude I could feel her breathing on me while I was paying awful service.

Great prices. Interesting things. Friendly staff.

I am finding it difficult to understand how did they manage to get so many miserable staff to work in one shop.

Usually head to Bexleyheath but for convenience called here. Always good for picking up some great priced household goods although on this occasion their bird seed was more expensive than pets at home. Staff really helpful in showing where the items were that we wanted.

Have shopped in this Wiki a number of times and the one stand out person is called Darren who not only is extremely helpful and happy to have a few words but on later visits he not only recognises me but remembers tour conversations. Wilko are lucky to have such an employee

All seemed fine today, shelves were well stocked and there were lots of Christmas decorations if you wanted them

Ample place to get what you want although some shelves were empty.

Excellent place for all your needs of toiletries to pet products, DIY and kitchen, home , cleaning and stationary! With a friendly and helpful atmosphere!  Opening times were reduced to 5pm closing due to pandemic, but are now back open until 6pm. Social distancing still applies.
