The owner and (I think she was) general manager are lovely and couldn't do more to help however I feel that the rooms required a bit of work. The first room I was in had a socket hanging off the wall and toenail clippings on the floor. I was moved and the second single room I was in smelled really badly of damp, very unfortunate as from what I could see the rest of the guest house was lovely. I also need to mention that although the first room had a damaged socket, there was a electrician out the next morning to fix it so was sorted very quickly. My parents were in a double room which was lovely - I think it may just be a problem with single rooms. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful.

Cosy Dog friendly BnB, fantastic location close to beach and local amenities. Fantastic host. There are Shared bathrooms. No onsite parking, however there is a pay to park carpark nearby.

We managed to spend 8 days there unfortunately couldn't contact the owner.the lady organising the breakfasts was very helpful and friendly and said she had phoned the plumber several times the room no1 stunk of a drainage sewer smell never again!!!!

Brilliant from the start firstly they let us check in early my wife is on crutches the lady dropped her off at the metro and made us a cup of tea very friendly and the most comfortable beds keep up the good work
