Beautiful lovely place! Such a tranquil and delightful lay out. Great staff and value for money! Over looking sea view! Quite and very clean! Even get hot chocolate in the room!

Now I can not fault my room its lovely and clean and the breakfast is good but the downside don't expect any sleep as you are next to bar's and music I don't even know why they put beds in the room presently we have a herd of Scottish elephants on the same floor who like to clash doors all night so now I'm awake I'm sitting on my bed now plotting how to pay them back so if your young and want to party the hotel is ideal for you but if its a quiet relaxing weekend your after stay well away you have been warned

Firstly some good points: Rooms are modern and fresh. Bed is comfy. Shower is good and clean. Tea and coffee facilities. Everything looks to have been decorated recently, staff were nice. Breakfast was good hot and cold options. Not so good points: Noise is an issue! Room 15 is next to some stairs where every single person can be heard and felt walking past (There was no nightclub noise as other reviewers suggested), parking is limited but I found a space nearby fine, the room has some signs of damp, there isn't, the restaurant was closed on arrival at 17:00. Overall 3 star hotel could have been 4 if not for noise.
