This Premier Inn is perfectly located on the sea front. Sea view rooms have a lovely view over the coastal town. The rooms are a bit outdated but the staff are fantastic. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and were very personable. The WiFi and water pressure need some improvement.
I was in the beefeaters pub right next door early one morning & I don't remember leaving, then I remember being in a room in the premier inn in Whitley Bay, no memory of how I got there. Northumbria police showed up telling me I was being arrested for preach of the peace, the arresting officer kept coming towards me, I had to keep asking her to step back and make sure he's body cam was on, I was arrested in my underwear, there was damage to my phone northumbria police held me from 12pm to around 11pm that night, I was released without an interview or any changes. I wanted to know why? I have been in touch with northumbria police 6 times I've been hung by after finding out why I'm ringing, I've rung both beefeaters and premier inn to termine what happened and can they check the cameras, they've either said no or you need to ring the police, I told them I already did, they told me, you need to leave or we're going to ring the police. There's so much more to this, believe.
Had the pleasure of staying at the hotel for a trip to see family. Great service by Adel on reception who was able to answer questions and make sure my needs were met I found all the staff to be accommodating and friendly. Well done.
Love this hotel, location is great, right in the beach front. Staff always great and helpful.nRooms as always have plenty space and very comfortable.
An ocean view room with a king size bed. The shower water pressure was good which I believe is an important thing to have. The room was comfortable and privies easy access to the beach and other areas of the bay.
