Usual reasonable Premier Inn standard. We had a room with a sea view. The weather was foggy and wet, but still nice to watch the waves. Our room was too warm and stuffy; the window cannot be opened and the fan doesn't cool the air very much. You might want to bring your own soft toilet paper to use instead of the small hard sheets from the dispenser in the bathroom.

I stay in quite a number of Premier Inns. They are convenient and clean. This is the best I've stayed in. It is positioned on the seafront with great views from the rooms. The Beefeater next door is equally impressive. Food is good and there is a good selection of beers. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were the friendliest I've come across.

Brilliant quality. It's brand new. Big rooms bathroom good with good clean towels. Well placed venue on the sea shore near to Whitley bay town centre excellent value for money

What a great hotel. This HAS to be Premier Inns flagship hotel. The staff are all friendly, efficient and helpful. The hotel itself has a small number of parking spaces together with 4 disabled parking bays and there is a mid sized pay and display car park to one side. £1.20 per hour, up to a maximum of £4.80 for a full day which is not bad at all. I was in a well appointed even numbered 1st floor room. On this floor all the even numbered rooms have a phenomenal uninterrupted sea view. Breakfast was served - again by lovely staff - in the attached Beefeater restaurant. It was plentiful and beautifully cooked. I've stayed in quite a few Premier Inns and this is the best. Great position, great views, great staff nothing to fault it. The photos are the view from the room!!

All I can say is that my night here made me feel that I need to stay in hotels more often! We got along well with the staff, and they are present 24/7. Comfortable smart rooms. Just remember to put a key card in the slot next to the door to power the room! I will also say that if you want to eat at Beefeater next door on an evening, it is best to prebook if you can, as it was busy at dinner time. Breakfast next morning was a treat, and they do prioritise guests staying at the Premier Inn.
