Currently very unhappy with Canon UK. Ordered an M6 Mark II from them in December and the money has been taken but the item has not made it to UPS. Usually you would expect that this would be something easily resolvable with the dealer, but in Canon's case I am emailing and getting no response, calling and being told there is nothing that can be done, messaging on Facebook and getting nowhere on a response I am being told I will get. Nothing that can be done about an order that hasn't materialised worth £1120.99? That doesn't make sense, it's not right, but there seems to be no method by which I can get a proper response out of Canon. If you are in the UK and thinking of ordering from Canon UK, I would currently strongly advise against it.
We've been a Canon customer for over 8 years. Great copiers very reliable and the service is also very. Our account manager Paul Randle has done a great job since he's taken over our account. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new copiers.
This place is like a fortress. Not just a headquarters; there's a multitude of buildings and fields and little lakes and multiple car parks. It all looks really nice so a couple stars for that. Staff were very nice to si a couple more for that. One star deducted because it's so big and secretive it seems like evil experiments could be going on somewhere in there...
Cannon's cashback process is so painful! If I didn't know better I would say that they are using every stalling tactic in the book to delay repayment of cashback claims? So far.... 1 Absolutely no response/reply to any of my daily update requests, then 2 "You entered an incorrect serial number" - it was actually correct! And now the best one yet.... 3 "File under review, non-authorised reseller" - despite the purchase being made on the Cannon UK's own store website!! Can't wait to see what they come up with next?!...
A beautiful office in picturesque landscaped grounds. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is light and warm. Mind the speedbumps though if you're parking! They're vicious!
Diabolical! Had paper jammed in printer so it wouldn't work, after trying all I could to free it, contacted Canon in Elstree about repairing it out of warranty. They emailed me a form to PRINT!!!! After waiting for them to post one after requesting a form by phone call, boxed it up with lots of bubble wrap, to the Elstree office, which is where I was told to send it - they even sent me a pre-printed label for the box. After waiting 5 days and not hearing anything, I called them, they said all repairs go to CRC Taskteon Ltd also in Surrey forest I knew of this. I called them, they had NO record of me or my printer by name or address. After supplying printer serial number they eventually informed me they did have that printer but with no owner & no idea as to what was wrong with it! It turns out Canon received it from me, opened the box, took out the form with my details and explamation of problem hence CRC didn't have a clue about it! Received the printer back yesterday having paid the repair charge and delivery charge twice, upon switching on the SAME error messages occurs stating paper jam...when looking into the back of the printer, I can see the paper obstruction is STILL THERE, as it was when I sent it to you. Clearly NOTHING has been done. I urgently await your response, I run a business from home and have been without a printer now for 2 weeks already and then it'll be at least another week to get it back to CRC etc. VERY DISGRUNTLED!
Next time I will rather shoot myself with short gun and leave all my kids with out father than rather print one simple page with your printer.
Great cameras, I bought a EOS M5. It is a pitty about the customer service and the 'cash back' offers that you refuse to honor.
Love the place. I am working there as security officer.
It's a lively vibrant place with picturesque views, the canteen is second to none, just an all round good place to do training courses and I imagine work
