We visited today with a view to buying new phones. We were lucky enough to get the expertise of Bear. Bear was so knowledgeable and communicated all the information we needed in a style that I understood! I was not blinded by tech/science! We had researched the phones prior to our visit but Bear explained things to us that we had not seen or heard. We were able to make a really informed decision thanks to their in-depth knowledge and advice. Bear showed us features on their phone as well which was so helpful. I’m so glad we had Bear’s knowledge as it was so useful. An absolute credit to Apple and the very high standard we have come to expect from Apple as a brand. Thanks Bear!
Updated 21st October 2022: Upgraded from 4 to 5 stars, Apple Shops - Service as usual. Great to see the shop back to how it should be. Lots of display items to see and touch and love the accessories. I always end up buying additional cables I don’t need. Staff very friendly and it there POS system recognised by details based on my Amex card that I had used previously. For hefty purchases I would still recommend pre-ordering via the Apple Store app. Not keen on the current system where it is one on one, felt a little pressure and ended up buying nothing. I like to browse, walking around the store a few times before I decide what to purchase. In current conditions your allocated a bench where a member of staff asks you what you’re interested in and brings the items to the table. Whilst this is look, like with watch straps, I want to see these together and see what else I can pair. I still ended up buying but via Apple’s app. This is no way a reflection on the staff, they are great and totally understand why this has been done due to current covid issues, just felt it could have been done better.
Specialist Godwin was a godsend! He took the time to help me with Quickshare, a process involving transferring stored data from one phone to another, whilst simultaneously and patiently helping two other customers! I was very impressed with the outstanding knowledge, patience and customer service he provided. All in all an excellent experience!
We went to buy a case for iPhone 14 pro max and to buy an I watch. We were literally standing there for more than 20 minutes for someone to come and assist. But unfortunately no one came to at least ask what you looking for. Very bad attitude of the staff.. this is not the first time I’m experiencing such a behaviour from the staffs in this store . Today l lost my temper completely. I feel like the staffs are being racist or they think that we won’t be able to afford apple products as I can see that they are assisting other customers but not us ..! I can see that few staffs are standing there and they were too busy to talk to each other but not even looking at the customers. Finally I went to ask about the billing of my case to a lady staff and I raised my concerns to her , but her reaction and attitude surprised me that she don’t care about my concern..! She don’t even show the manners to apologise..! Very bad experience. The store need to train the staff about basic manners and customer dealing.. very disappointed. I visited the store today 09/11/2022 at 21:00.
I joined a Today at Apple yesterday in the store. The staff at entrance proactively led us to the training area when I was in another queue. The trainer Riley was very passionate. He did not only patiently explain the instructions, but also introduced the vision of the activity and other Apple events. The staff were all customer oriented. My family enjoyed our time in the Apple Store.
One of the worst customer service experiences I can remember. Intention to purchase 3 Apple watches family wanted to size the bands at the store to get the correct fit. Lots of staff members around but all dismissive and eager to tell you they are not there to assist with a sale. Managed to eventually book an appointment with someone holding an iPad and told to stand and wait at a particular display, no staff came to assist. I can only assume a lack of adequate training / too high turnover of staff but our experience was clearly happening to other potential buyers as well with staff members seemingly too busy interacting with each other to interact politely with the customers in store. Store needs some experienced leadership in delivering customer service.
really sorry to say this all our previous experiences have been great, but we booked an appointment today - turned up seen by a member of staff with no knowledge or passion for the product we wanted to buy we asked 3 times for the features to be explained, were given a watch with the smallest strap it was a really a waste of our time we walked out. after we were told to buy it on line, we have a apple business account and that cant be used on line. next time we need a person with some gumption and an interest in actually selling the product.
Went to get a phone and a watch with my boyfriend, we were served by Sameer who made the whole experience. He was friendly and respectful and worked past his hours to make sure we were sorted! Very grateful for his service
I’ve never had someone in retail raise their voice at me because I questioned their assessment of a fault on an Apple product. Apple used to stand for exemplary customer care, but the staff member I saw today Liam needs to go back to charm school. I’ll be following this feedback with a formal complaint.
