Before you buy any e-liquid from this company send them an email to ask best before date on the e-liquid, I purchased 15 bottles of e-liquid from them was delivered yesterday and every bottle best before date was the 4/3/22 surely it should be at least 1 year best before date, terrible customer service

Not opened today 24th Nov, although google map says it is. Would be nice to get this updated so others don’t waste their drive.

I went here today the man serving was so helpful. I would recommend this place he was so helpful it's been a long time since i have had such good service . Very impressed thank you for all the help and advice

Edit: 2022 The Uk ecig store have changed massively in the past couple of years, they have improved the quality of customer service and the service in general, the staff are very friendly and helpful, can’t fault them right now. But to be fair the prices are still slightly higher than other competitors. Overall, it’s a good place to get your Vapes goods.  2017 Great store, great products with a potential of  more success but SOME of the staff are extremely rude with body language ie: hands in pockets and answers with a sarcastic manner with dishonesty despite being a customer for almost 2 years and visit the store at least 3 times a month and spend a lot of money and referred many of my family and friends to them. Shame that they don't appreciate their loyal customers. If they really care they should make a customer service satisfaction survey. A lot of people suggesting they really should invest in training their staff and creating a customer feedback and to encourage staff with incentives like a bounce or recognition of some sort like most retailers do just a suggestion.

Many flavours to taste and many brands to buy...... recommended for anything related to vape. Recently I had one of my vape got replaced with a new one once found out that doesn't work after just 2 months of use. Highly recommended and best customer experience.....

First time buyer, popped into the store and spoke to the man at the desk named Ilir and explained I was new to all this stuff.  He was very helpful asked me what flavours I liked and recommended some too, he helped me pick out some great choices and was very polite and friendly. Will definitely come back again.

Great staff, good service, and cheaper than my usual store. The negative reviews are really unfair, one of them is a complaint when they were shut because there was lockdown - most stores didn't update their covid opening hours, because it was kinda obvious since we all knew what categories were allowed to be open and which weren't. One is a DPD issue, UKEcig despatched your order on time, what are they meant to do? It is DPD you need to one star - also remember as an ex-logistics driver; some of us who'd been there a few years and threw our training books out - we used to only scan orders when we were putting them on the van, when you're supposed to scan at every step of processing. I'd bet my house on it someone at DPD did this.  And then 18mins to get a C&C order. Don't see it being viable for them to keep every order behind the counter when they don't know when you're coming to collect it. Another is proof of age, you get asked this immediately when you order. All the other ones, not for me to comment. Some of you lot need to spend some time doing retail and understand basic processes and how companys are supposed to function and what is their fault vs what isn't.  Backing the lads up here because you operated exactly how I expected an ecig store to operate today, and ya let me through the staff entrance. As well as something else I won't mention after I got my own order but let me put it this way - that alone will make me come back, House of Vapes wouldn't do it for me and I've ruined a lot of juices doing it instead. One recommendation is to maybe have nic shots as an option when buying tanks/mods that also come with a free eLiquid, this was why I was a shot short and didn't come prepared with cash.  All the best, I will be back.

I ordered from a month ago my product still didnt leave the uk u imagine ??!!!!!! Why it takes so so long very poor service i didnt do anything wrong here. Plus im telling the at least compensate me by putting my shipment on a premiuim shipment to arrive fast and they are not responding now why all that has to happen
