If you ever need to buy a present for a birthday party your child has been invited to, you'll find something great at The Works! There's loads of things for all children and all budgets to chose from. Fantastic deals on books and stationery too, and a great place for picking up crafting supplies at a reasonable cost.

I get my A3 sketch pads from here. Very good price. Books, pens, pencils artists brushes and water colour paints. Nice Macs etc... Good wee shop.

If you are looking for things to entertain children this is the place, lots of things to make from boxes they can decorate, cards they can make or adornment for dolls clothes.

Best place to get craft stuff. Also really good for stocking fillers for Christmas

The staff are very friendly and helpful however the store is cluttered and its hard to find what you need. The stock also varies widely depending on the time of year.
