I was looking for a new camera to replace my old one which had developed fungus in the lens.  I found the one I wanted, second-hand as I didn't have the money for a new one.  I saw CameraWorld recommended in one of my photography magazines and decided to see what they had to offer.  I found the camera I wanted at an incredibly affordable price, and when they said it was in excellent condition, they weren't joking, there wasn't a scratch or blemish on the case or lens.  And even though I didn't request the next day delivery option, it arrived the next morning.  I couldn't recommend CameraWorld more highly, and will definitely be using them as my go to shop for all my needs in future.

placed an order for a battery twin pack which was awaiting stock.  within a couple of days the parcel arrived well packaged with two original batteries as requested.  very happy with my purchase

I bought the Olympus super zoom 80g, it was amazing and for the price it was definitely worth it, however, the sales man was surprisingly rude, why surprisingly ? Well because the sales man was talking to costumer in-front of me and they were laughing and talking friendly, the moment the guy in front of me left and i came, the dudes face literally became blank and not even a welcome, I immediately noticed it and I didn’t mind it, however when i tried to ask to make the Kodak 200 cheaper he immediately goes on a ramp, its like he’s been waiting for mistake so he can yell at me and he said asking for a cheaper price is “rude” such a bad attitude and for asking for a better price ? By the way the guy that was in front was white and i am Middle Eastern that stutters a bit while talking English, so i kinda figured it out. Genuinely was hurt

One of the 2 items that I had ordered was out of stock & I received a call to let me know. Most companies simply wouldn’t manage their customer’s expectations in this way & I really appreciated the call. And I still received my order within a week! I would have absolutely no hesitation in using this company again. Their customer service is outstanding. The items were very reasonably priced & arrived well packaged. Superb company to deal with.

I placed an online order with CameraWorld late at night on a Sunday.  On the Tuesday morning, I was called as the lens I had ordered was not in stock and couldn't be sourced anywhere.  Would I like a refund or something else?  As I had a couple of other lenses on my list a list of options I was given for a birthday present, we talked through those and found a suitable replacement.  I paid the small difference over the phone and it was despatched that day, arriving on the Wednesday morning, in good time for the birthday.  When I was looking online for a place to buy a suitable lens, I found a couple of the same model, but cheaper which appeared to be grey imports.  Also the reviews for the sellers were not 100% positive.  Therefore I decided to buy from CameraWorld, an actual shop in the UK.  I'm extremely pleased that I did and was delighted with the service they offered :-

I ordered the Sony A6400 Digital Camera with the 18-135 Zoom lens which I thought was a competitive price. The service and delivery was excellent. As for the camera, I am very happy with it, but far too soon to say much about it as I have to know and understand it's functions. I would recommend CameraWorld for sure.

I think this is the best camera shop in London. I was looking for a selection of prime lenses for my Canon 6D. After visiting the competition shops around Oxford street and no joy, I bumped into Camera World. Exceptional customer service, judgement free advice and keen interest from Dale who endeavoured to understand my needs and what do you know, I walked out with two exceptionally priced, pre-loved prime lenses.  Highly recommended!

Purchased some gear yesterday. Absolutely wonderful staff. So helpful and warm! I had the best experience. The price I paid for an item is the best I've seen. Highly recommended!

Bought a second hand Canon 18-200 lens. Described as excellent and boxed, it arrived a couple of days later, well packed and as described. Works very well and replaces my broken version of the same lens. Can't ask for more.
